They have done an excellent job on all our problems with the Eclipse even with the age of the car. Your office service team of Kristian and Barbara are top of the line in the service they provide.I believe that your Service Manager is a huge asset to your company.. I realize that on surveys you often receive comments that are not what you would like to hear but about. As a retired Vice President from a service company i know that we like to know the good and rewarding comments as well.
