Haven't failed me yet! Kristian is always, always very polite and trustworthy. I recently received an email to go to have my car serviced at a closer Mitsubishi Dealer. Very well received, on time and courteous. I arrived early and was greeted positively. They took my reservation info and began working on my car. They even washed it. Not going down the road After purchasing a 2006 RAIDER truck at RC Hill Mitsubishi in DeLand , I began a long relationship with their excellent SERVICE Department . They have taken great care of the warranty coverage on my truck as well as any after- warranty care when it was needed . If my vehicle ever reaches the end of it"s useful life , I would not hesitate shopping for another new or used set of wheels at either of their two Woodland Boulevard locations.They have earned my business and grateful recommendation . Oil change,tire rotation,recall I didn't know about Great professional attitude by all team members. Took longer than I thought it should for an oil change and tire rotation, when I asked they said ther Great professional attitude by all team members. Took longer than I thought it should for an oil change and tire rotation, when I asked they said there was a recall they took care of which was awesome. Especially since I didn't know about it. Plus free Starbucks coffee to help time pass....I've heard ppl in the past saying how bad this place is (those ppl are completely insane) but I think it's one of the friendliest and comfortable service centers I've ever been to. More

No appt. I went in to work looked at that a body shop did. (Not RC). With out appt. manager came right out and check it out. I also had two recalls on my Outlander Sport. The shop took it right in and completed work. Again without appt. Outstanding service. More
