The people at RC Hill do it a little differently, they actually make sure they EARN a "10". I've been driving over 40 years and bought/sold/traded many cars. I'm a little less than a year into my experience with RC Hill, but they have been the best dealership I've ever dealt with, from both the sales and service experience.
