Excellent service department It seems every company that relies on customer satisfaction surveys, the employees practically beg for "10's" from the customer. The people at RC Hill It seems every company that relies on customer satisfaction surveys, the employees practically beg for "10's" from the customer. The people at RC Hill do it a little differently, they actually make sure they EARN a "10". I've been driving over 40 years and bought/sold/traded many cars. I'm a little less than a year into my experience with RC Hill, but they have been the best dealership I've ever dealt with, from both the sales and service experience. My car had two recalls and they finished the work quickly. More
