However, that changed with Toyota of Gladstone and the service from and conversations with the team of Seth, Kristin (both internet pros), and Brian in Finance for the official paperwork. They were all courteous, to the point, and provided options without applying pressure. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally and my expections were all met, or exceeded. I had no idea of what make or model I wanted coming into Toyota of Gladstone. I did minor research and knew the color scheme I wanted to go for. I met with Jake today who walked me through step by step the process of purchasing a new car. I gave him two models that would be within my price range. Jake went above and beyond to make sure what I was asking for and needing in a new car- made happen on his end and that would also make me happy. This is my first car buying purchase on my own- which already made me very hesitant and anxious and stressful to begin with. Especially with having gone to three other dealerships prior to Toyota and being bombarded with high pressure salesman who couldn’t find the car I neeeded or that would fit in my price range. As soon as I walked in the door at Toyota of Gladstone Jake Spinner greeted me, ready and willing to help me find the car that would best fit all my needs. He dealt with my dad and I back and fourth arguing and made sure to listen to what was most important and not waste any of my time. What I liked most about Jake was his honesty, integrity and his sincere love and passion for his job. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable and found the car I had been asking for- without having to look at our test drive multiple cars. I would highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone and personally recommend Jake Spinner to anyone of my friends, coworkers and family. Jake will not pressure you- but rather make you feel as if you were getting the best and most friendly car buying experience possible. He is a funny and goofy guy- will make you laugh and make your car buying experience FUN. Yeah who would ever guess buying a new car would be fun, haha. Thank you Jake, Kristin and Tom for making this an easy buy for me! More

Gladstone & Kristin make buying a car almost enjoyable! We all know the jokes about car dealers and dealerships. I purchased a 2017 Toyota iA in July 2017. It was the most pleasant car-buying experience I have had. Because I knew what make/model I wanted, I went online, and was connected with Kristin, who met me at the dealership, took me for a test drive, and then went out of her way to make sure that all the specifications and details I asked for were taken care of in a timely fashion. Finance was handled in a non-pressured, helpful fashion, and I was satisfied with even that part of the experience. Since last summer, I have gone in for routine service twice, and twice just to check tire pressure. Every time I have been met with outstanding, timely, and helpful service. Most recently, while I was waiting for my car, Kristin came up and we chatted. It had been a year, but she remembered who I was, what I had purchased, and was as pleasant when I wasn't her customer as she had been when I was. It is clear that Toyota of Gladstone takes pride in the vehicles they sell; from the nitrogen in the tires to the plastic shields over vulnerable parts of the finish, that attention is notable and much appreciated. I highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone. It is worth my time to commute there from Salem to experience such a high standard of customer care. If you are going through the online folks, do as for Kristin. She explains everything clearly, listens to answers, and follows through completely. More

Kristin = miracle worker When my year old Toyota was totaled in an accident, I was devastated. After doing some internet research as to replacement vehicles, I spoke to Kristin Demars, my previous salesperson. She was very understanding as I explained how much I'd miss my beautiful car and sentimentally wanted one just like it. She said she would do her best. Well, five minutes (!) later, she called back and said she found the identical car, although a year newer, for *less* than I paid for mine originally! A week later, I drove my new car off the lot with no haggling, no stress - just the easiest car buying experience ever. Kristin is friendly, honest and kind. I told Kristin if we could pull this off, she would be a "certifiable miracle worker" -- and I think she is! I highly recommend her and Toyota of Gladstone. It's worth the drive! More

She knew the car inside and out, and as a highlander owner herself, coul I was looking at Toyota Highlanders and Kristen was an excellent salesperson. She knew the car inside and out, and as a highlander owner herself, could speak from personal experience. She listened well, provided helpful information and followed up quickly on my questions. She understood my concerns from a woman’s perspective (safety, handling a big rig, visibility, etc.). She presented a strong offer and but respected by resistance to making a rushed decision. When I became interested in a different model, she searched and found several options for me the next day. I was happy with my Gladstone Toyota experience and Kristin was the reason. Thank you! . 2018 Tacoma I bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma from Gladstone Toyota last Friday, May 25th. Kristin was great through the whole process. They did not have the exact mo I bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma from Gladstone Toyota last Friday, May 25th. Kristin was great through the whole process. They did not have the exact model that I wanted on the lot, but they were able to get exactly what I wanted within a couple of hours. I was able to drive away from the dealership getting exactly what I wanted and got a great price for it. More
