This is where I originally purchased vehicle. Went back and fourth with service department. Paid for engine repair but vehicle still had engine issues. Service dept never test drove the vehicle after engine repair. I had to pay additional 400 to another Chrysler dealership to complete the repair. Service manager is very unprofessional.

My feedback above is accurate. My vehicle was returned to me with repair work incomplete after paying your dealership $4,000. Poor service all the way around the spectrum of my repair. The only concern your repair shop had was getting paid for the incomplete repair and reimbursement for the rental. I should not have to take my vehicle to another dealership and pay extra money for this repair. If you have any further comments for me, please feel free to reach out me otherwise this was unsatisfactory experience with you Service department and dealership.

I brought my car in only to pay $140 for a diagnostic
computer code check reading that indicating I needed a Shifter knob/mechanism replacement and that would cost me $800 parts and labor. The car is a 2

The expense I incurred wasn’t warranted for no immediate remedy, Ed specially when I discovered the repair could be made elsewhere for about $450.
