Used Acura TSX Had been looking for a used TSX with a very specific year, color, and tech package option in mind. Kurt continued to contact me in a very low key manner over the next week or so about other TSX's he had and notified me of a "price drop" on one that was not in our original budget. Ended up visiting the dealership last Saturday "just to look" at the car that was out of our original budget. Kurt and Howard were very helpful, friendly, and low key. Once my wife and I decided to buy the car, it took about 5 minutes of "haggling" to get the price I wanted. The paper work was handled flawlessly by Brandon and the actual car delivery on Monday was perfect. Kurt had made sure his shop touched up a couple of cosmetic items in the interior. Our experience at Mungenast St Louis Honda was the best we have had in a very long time, other than when a family member was in the car sales business. In May of 1997 I purchased my first CRV. In fact, that was the time when Honda introduced the CRV and I bought this vehicle from a small brochure (sight unseen). I believe I was number 12 on the list to receive the new CRV at Mungenast Honda! My second child was due in June 1997 and I was so excited to get one of the first CRVs in St. Louis just prior to my son's birth. I drove my "loved" CRV for just over 16 years with little to no problems. I had hit 200,00 and was ready for a timing-belt change. I took my vehicle back into Mungenast Honda to have my CRV repaired and was informed that there was close to $4,000 worth of work that needed to be done! Rather than sink money into a vehicle that was ready for retirement I asked your service representative to connect me with someone from your Sales Department. Kurt Marty called me within 30 minutes. He described a used CRV you had on the lot and I bought the vehicle over the phone ... at a great price! Your finance department was able to finance my new CRV through my credit union at a very good interest rate. Within a few hours I was driving home in my new used CRV! I signed the paperwork and walked outside to see the new used vehicle I had purchased ... I couldn't believe my eyes! It was much better than I had ever anticipated and I can't tell you how excited I was! Kurt Marty was quick to react to my needs and went above and beyond to more than satisfy me! He sold me a vehicle and got the financing completed within a few hours! Absolutely amazing! I love my new used CRV! I would recommend Kurt Marty to anyone that is seeking a new or used vehicle!
