Painless Mark Miller's website is superb. I live in Idaho and had been looking for a 2017 Outback to replace my Legacy. I found the exact color (exterior and Mark Miller's website is superb. I live in Idaho and had been looking for a 2017 Outback to replace my Legacy. I found the exact color (exterior and interior) that I wanted. I filled out the information on the website on a Wednesday at 10pm. I had a busy Thursday and was unable to call the dealership, but the sales and finance departments emailed me and I was able to do almost everything via email. Around noon on Thursday I returned the finance manager's call and verified that I wanted the vehicle, answered a few questions, and then it was done. I drove to the dealership on Saturday met with the sales department for a minute, signed some paperwork, and was driving off in my new vehicle. It was super easy. The staff was super friendly. And the dealerships concierge, Tracy, was excellent as well. He showed me how to use everything on my new car, set up my bluetooth, programmed everything and gave me a tutorial of all the upgrades. Even with the long drive (5 hours) it was worth it. I love my car, and everyone was terrific. Thank you! More

Very Professional and No Pressure I have a very hectic work schedule and had a million questions. These guys always got back to me with the answers but never blew up my phone with pus I have a very hectic work schedule and had a million questions. These guys always got back to me with the answers but never blew up my phone with pushy sales calls. After test driving four brands, Mark Miller was the dealership that did not start calling me every day and leaving multiple voicemails every day to come in and buy. On the other hand they were very accommodating and returned phone calls when I did leave a voicemail with questions. One thing I particularly appreciated was that they gave me rough numbers on paper to work with. And when I closed, there were no surprises or extra fees. The figures were not the contract, but it was nice to know what I was going into before I arrived to sign with the closer/finance person. (who was also very professional.) I have never had one of those "horror story" car buying experiences. But I surely have never had a better one than the one I just had here. More

When mamma's happy, everyone's happy! We spent three months test driving so many different cars from so many different dealers. And When my wife test drove the Subaru Legacy (Limited Edition) at Mark Miller Subaru, it was love at first sight. The car was the right size, shape, & color and had all the safety features she desired and wanted. Working with Kurt Moyer was the icing on the cake. He was really courteous, kind, patient, and very professional in his approach and knowledge of the vehicle. We appreciate his quick response, when called upon. He allowed us the time needed to make the right decisions for us. And encouraged us to look around and come back whenever we wanted to test drive the car again. Thanks for the "NO PRESSURE" approach and patience with us. The Subaru we purchased was for my wife. She's never had a brand "NEW" car before, so was quite nervous anyway. She is extremely happy with her new Subaru and as we all know " When Mamma's Happy, Everyone's Happy!!! I'll be back! After looking at Subaru's for the first time ever at the Auto Expo and then going for a test drive the next day at a dealership I fell in love! I did a lot of research on different cars in person, on test drives and online including the Edmund's app which is how I found my car. The perfect specd car brought me to Mark Miller but Matt, Roger and Kurt in the Internet department and the rest of this awesome dealership are why I'll return again and again!!!! LOVE MY WRX!!! More
