My family and I had the pleasure of working with Kurtis as our sales representative, and I can confidently say he’s the best car salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. We initially visited Beaver Toyota to t as our sales representative, and I can confidently say he’s the best car salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. We initially visited Beaver Toyota to test drive the 2025 Corolla. We were upfront with Kurtis that we were shopping around and exploring our options at various dealerships in the St. Augustine / Jacksonville area. He completely understood and respected that — something I didn’t experience elsewhere. Kurtis was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and—most importantly—he listened. Unlike other dealerships where the focus was solely on pushing a sale, Kurtis took the time to understand our needs and never made us feel pressured. While I was test driving other vehicles that week, he stayed in touch, but always in a respectful and non-intrusive way. A majority of people who walk off a lot don’t come back, but I told Kurtis that if we could work something out, I would return. True to his word, he worked on a deal that made sense for us, and by the end of the week, my family was driving away in a brand-new Toyota Corolla. Even after the sale, Kurtis continued to go over the car’s features with us to ensure we were comfortable. One of the most important lessons I learned during this process is that a good salesperson listens — and no one in the local area did that better than Kurtis. This was my family’s first time buying a Toyota, and Kurtis doesn't know this, but Beaver Toyota treated me a hundred times better than my own Hyundai dealership in town. In fact, my Hyundai dealership lost the sale because they weren’t willing to listen or negotiate a deal. Kurtis earned my business over the dealership I’ve been going to for years for maintenance and oil changes — and that says a lot. Now, I’m proud to call Beaver Toyota my dealership. Also, a special thank-you to the other sales rep who came out and gave my young daughter a Beaver stuffed animal — she absolutely loved it, and it made her day.
