After my last interaction with Greg May, I took my car to the Subaru Dealership down the street to trade it in. The general manager ignored most of my complaints, blaming my concerns about communication problems on parts delays due to COVID. His response to an email was all I needed to know that I never wanted to deal with Greg May Honda again. More
