Best car shopping experience ever I normally don’t like dealing with car salesman to be honest but this experience was the best I’ve ever had. I felt no high pressure. Just above and beyond great service and a great deal. We had to bring our toddler with us while looking for a car and while that may bother some people our salesman helped us entertain our kid while we waited for things to finalize. Thank you! More

I’ve never had service like this before I can’t describe how much I hate buying cars. I almost put $3000 into a 15 yr old car to avoid dealing with car salesmen. I can’t describe how amazing they were and how grateful I am. It was THE BEST experience I’ve EVER had and they have my business FOREVER. Kyle was honest with us and gracious with our 3 yr old - even brought him some coloring books. Mike treated us like family and was extremely polite and helpful. Bill is a great finance guy - humorous, honest and was able to answer all our questions. Brad was great with handling our car care needs and was helpful and informative the whole time. Like I said, I’ve NEVER had better service anywhere and Sunset Ford is my 1st choice from now on. More

Kyle was very knowledgeable about ALL the questions I asked and took his time explaining everything to me. He was very patient with me and I appreciate that so much!! Kyle was able to give me the best deal around as well! I will definitely be back for my future purchases and recommend Kyle to anyone I know looking to buy a car! I love my Ford Fusion SO much!! Bob the finance man was also very helpful and throughly explained all the details to me about financing a car for my first time. Great experience Found 2 trucks we liked online that were at the stl store and they brought them over to the Waterloo store for us to see. Kyle was ready for us to drive them when we got thete and we didn’t want to be there for a long time so they respected that and we returned the next day to make a purchase. Never felt pushed at all which is great, definitely recommend Kyle and Sunset Ford. More
