Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Accountability I purchased a 2020 F-150 from Sunset Ford in early 2021, directly off the showroom floor. The truck had a hole in the passenger seat Accountability I purchased a 2020 F-150 from Sunset Ford in early 2021, directly off the showroom floor. The truck had a hole in the passenger seat that they acknowledged and promised to replace, which is the only reason I agreed to buy. What followed was nothing but arguments with the salesperson, Kyle Brewer. After multiple failed attempts to fix the issue, I had to threaten legal action before they finally replaced the seat. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. A few months ago, after an oil change and tire rotation, they forgot to put the lug nuts back on my wheel. My tire fell off on the way home. Initially, they only wanted to replace the rim, ignoring the rotor and other parts that were clearly damaged. Again, I had to fight to get proper repairs. Despite these major issues, I tried to give them another chance. Big mistake. My last two service visits both required me to return because they forgot to complete items. When I confronted Lonnie about these repeated failures, her response was, “There are plenty of other dealers to go to.” Absolutely unbelievable. This dealership has shown a complete lack of accountability and customer care. The owner needs to clean house and hire people who actually value customers. I would never recommend Sunset Ford to anyone. More
