I was expecting to be pressured and cajoled into buying a new car with all kinds of extra unwanted equipment and services by a high-pressured salesperson, just like you see in those old "B" movies on TV. This was not the case. My salesperson was Kyle Durbin, he is such a nice young man, well-mannered and very knowledgeable about the Genesis G80 that I had selected. There was no pressure, he was more of an advisor and helper in my selection of what I needed for my new car.
