I took my daughter’s car in today to get a an oil change…no issues there. Got called to come pick it up. Got there and they cannot find the keys. Then they cannot find the car. Then they asked me change…no issues there. Got called to come pick it up. Got there and they cannot find the keys. Then they cannot find the car. Then they asked me if there was a handicap placard in the car…I said no. Then I get a text from my daughter saying she got a voicemail from an elderly man that he had her car. What???? They let a 90 year old man leave the dealership with a car that had a graduation tassel hanging from the rear view mirror…NOT a handicapped placard!!!! Then who I can only assume was the service manager…I assume because he never introduced himself…came up to apologize…and asked if there was anything he could do. I said not now but maybe in the future. He said what am I supposed to do…because an old man took your car?? WHAT???? At that point I wanted nothing to do with this individual. After a minute or so, he came back over with a little different attitude and offered to deliver the car to me…should I walk home??? Then I never saw him again. After 30 minutes the poor old man finally came back with my daughters car. I felt bad for him. Did he mention he was 90??? Shame on your service department for allowing this to happen. I’d love call back to make this right for me. But not from whoever that manager is. More

I recently moved from Tucson, Az to the Cleveland, Ohionarea and ran into car troubles with my 2019 Kia Forte. Co workers at UH Lake West suggested Ken Ganley Kia. I was expecting the worse since the Ohionarea and ran into car troubles with my 2019 Kia Forte. Co workers at UH Lake West suggested Ken Ganley Kia. I was expecting the worse since the engine light was on, sporadically cutting off and idling rough. The service department, specifically Mick was very professional, through and quick to detect the problem..The cost as much less than i thought and I was giving a rundown of what I need to get worked on in the near future. So Proud of them. Definitely my spot for all my auto repairs andto recommend service. More

Kyle Eddy is amazing, he took the time to make sure my problem was taking care of. My car had an on going problem but Kyle never gave up until the issue was resolved. If it wasn't for Kyle and his dedic problem was taking care of. My car had an on going problem but Kyle never gave up until the issue was resolved. If it wasn't for Kyle and his dedication I probably would have went somewhere else. I tell everyone that says they are going to Kia. Make sure you ask for Kyle.. More
