He knew the car very well and answered all our questions honestly, even if it wasn't favorable toward his vehicle. We had a nice conversation while waiting for the paperwork as well. Kyle made the car buying process as enjoyable and easy as possible. Diana did a great job of walking through every feature of the car with my wife. In my opinion, it always takes to long to get the warranty/financing/paperwork done at every dealership, but Sharon in finance was pretty efficient as compared to other car buying experiences we have had in the past. More

Red Carpet Experience I started looking at Mercedes Benz at RBM Alpharetta about 7 mths prior to my purchase. I met Kyle at my first visit and what stood out to me was ther I started looking at Mercedes Benz at RBM Alpharetta about 7 mths prior to my purchase. I met Kyle at my first visit and what stood out to me was there was not any pressure to buy that day. He gave me all the feedback on the GLC I was looking at , just didn’t make me feel pressured. I was wanting a specific one but did not want to order one and I was in no rush. I have told everyone I know about the no pressure service I received and that is why I purchased from RBM. Kyle was honest with every step of the way which made me very comfortable and trusting in the advice he would give. This was my first Mercedes and won’t be my last based off of the special attention you are given from when you step foot in the door. I never felt pressured or misled. Ultimately, I found a vehicle closer to home in the exact color that I wanted, but my experience with Kyle actually prompted me to make a referral to him.
