I found myself in need of a new car after my previous car was totaled by a deer. Safety was one of my biggest concerns. Kyle was able to address all my questions and point out all the safety features on the car. I expressed what I was looking for over the phone and he scheduled me to come out. I only saw and test drove the type of car I was looking for and it was perfect. The care and sincere concern I received with Kyle made me feel confident changing over from a car brand that I had purchased previously for the past 14 years. That being said, I would look forward to dealing with rbm of Alpharetta anytime! We were treated so kindly, quickly, and honestly that they may have changed my opinion on car buying! Of course it doesn't hurt that I left with my dream car! The staff was amazing from the time I called to ask if a particular vehicle was available(we have been victims of the bait and switch), till the long and patient (on their end) how to use your new Mercedes lesson. I have been shopping for cars for a number of years now and have to say that working with Kyle Edson at RBM of Alpharetta Mercedes was about the most pleasant car shopping experience I've ever had. From the minute we were introduced, Kyle's friendly, laid-back, absolute zero pressure persona put my wife and I at total ease and helped us to actually enjoy the experience. We initially went in just to look at some of the models and his willingness to work with us, including taking two test drives with two different vehicles to compare them really helped us make our decision. And his knowledge of the Mercedes line was stellar as well. When we came back the next day to finalize the deal with Lisa Brennan in their finance department, and then received the red carpet treatment from Diane Evans, who showed us all of the vehicles details, we soon realized that at RBM of Alpharetta Mercedes, the friendliness and likability permeates in every department. What a breath of fresh air to do business with this dealership and specifically Kyle Edson!
