I was provided a loaner vehicle until my I relocated earlier this year and visited RBM of Alpharetta for a routine maintenance service on my vehicle. I was provided a loaner vehicle until my car was ready and fell in love with it. I inquired about purchasing and Kyle Edson was very attentive to my needs. The loaner wasn’t available just yet but he kept in touch. He called me recently because he recalled the type of car and exact color I was interested in before. He was quick in sending over the specs and had me set up in no time in order to seal the deal. Lisa in finance also breezed us through the paperwork-she was clearly prepared to consummate the transaction in the shortest possible amount of time, which is what we were hoping for. Don in service is my favorite-always to the point, knowledgeable, and receptive to budgets when vehicle warranties expire and repair bills are more than desired.. (We serviced a 9 year-old Mercedes with Don as well as our newer ones) Don't buy a Mercedes anywhere else-that's my candid review. More
