Purchase of 2017 E Class I recently purchased a 2017 E Class from Kyle Edson at RBM Alpharetta. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Kyle was extremely profess I recently purchased a 2017 E Class from Kyle Edson at RBM Alpharetta. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Kyle was extremely professional, informative and easy to work with. He did most of the paperwork ahead of time which saved so much time-very much appreciated that! He was very helpful in working thru the buying process with me and has been fantastic at following up to make sure that I am happy with my purchase! Would highly recommend working with him! Best car buying experience ever! More

Fantastic Experience!!! The overall RBM experience has consistently been great! My experience with RBM goes back two (2) years as I got my 2008 ML350 serviced there. I had never been on the showroom side until recently when I was in the market to replace my ML. I submitted an online inquiry on a couple vehicles and was greeted with an email response later that afternoon. From that moment on, Kyle Edson was amazing to work with. He made the car buying experience unique by explaining subtle differences between models, patiently letting me test drive the vehicles and finally, going through the best purchase/ lease options. We came across some issues after bringing the vehicle home and Kyle continued to provide impeccable service to ensure we were satisfied. More

They sent out our information to a dealer local to our home. Within 5 minutes Kyle Edson called me and we spoke for several minutes. We set up a time to meet with him and from the moment we met face to face, we hit it off. We had an amazing experience with Kyle and loads of fun and we highly recommend him as a sales person. There was no high pressure sales tactics used at all. When we left we felt as though Kyle was our friend. His follow up and attention to detail is what buying a Mercedes is all about. We had an amazing experience with him and RBM of Alpharetta, from the receptionist all the way to finance and especially the red carpet service. First class service all the way and they are our dealership for future purchases. They truly made it a Mercedes Benz experience. We doubled our pleasure at RBM of Alpharetta As owners of two 16-year-old Mercedes, my wife and I had decided it was time to move into the 21 century of autos. We had been curious for some time a As owners of two 16-year-old Mercedes, my wife and I had decided it was time to move into the 21 century of autos. We had been curious for some time about Costco's auto buying program for its members and decided to give it a look. Surely this could not apply to a high-end vehicle such as Mercedes! However, we decided to fill out the online form and give it a try. Literally less than 5 minutes after submitting the form (it was on a Sunday afternoon) we received a personal email from Kyle Edson at RBM of Alpharetta inviting us to come in for a visit so he could explain how the Costco program could save us money. We made an appointment for the next day. Kyle greeted us as soon as we arrived and we were surprised to learn that the prices we were quoted were several thousand dollars less than we had expected. We had very specific ideas about what we wanted on the vehicles and he worked hard to find cars that matched our desires. I decided to wait for the 2017s to come in (about 2 weeks) and he spent the time researching new vehicles being sent to other dealers to find one like I wanted. He was successful and it was diverted from its original destination to RBM with no additional charge to me. During this time we decided to bite the bullet and get two (!!!) new Mercedes so he went through the same process with my wife. They did have a new 2016 SUV on the lot which she immediately fell in love with. We had decided to finance through our bank rather than the dealership for a better rate, but RBM's finance department researched several banks and made it possible for us to do it there for a "one-stop shopping experience." The bottom line is that we drove off with a two new Mercedes (a 2016 GLA and a 2017 GLC) and it was a pleasant experience for everyone. A final surprise: when we were getting the instructions on the new cars, the sales manager appeared out of nowhere to tell us how much they appreciated us putting our faith in RBM of Alpharetta. Now if we can only get another 16 years out of these cars. More
