Awesome experience with outstanding service Kyle Edson at RBM of Alpharetta was great! We drove from Augusta to Atlanta for a specific car. The Best or Nothing! I have bought a lot of cars from a Porsche to a BMW but I have never had such a great car buying experience like I did with Kyle Edson and Bill Favini I have bought a lot of cars from a Porsche to a BMW but I have never had such a great car buying experience like I did with Kyle Edson and Bill Favini at RBM of Alpharetta. I had a horrible experience at my previous BMW dealership of them pressuring me on everything so I was dreading going through the car buying process again. The things I liked most about purchasing a car from RBM of Alpharetta is that since I have already bought three cars in in three years I knew that it was going to be a rough and long process of negotiating on price for not only the car I wanted to buy but my trade in. Well not at RBM. I liked how even though I priced my BMW on Kelly Blue Book before I arrived that they use Kelly Blue Book as well to value my current car. They gave me exactly what I was looking for regarding the price of my trade in and explained the process in detail. It wasn't some made up number that the manager came up with and say take it or leave it. Next, Kyle was fantastic in negotiations on my new Mercedes SUV. He didn't pressure me into anything or say I had to buy it today or anything. He made the whole stressful car buying process very easy from A to Z. Also the finance department didn't pressure me on upselling additional items that I didn't want. Finally, since I have never owned a Mercedes in the past CJ Carr was nice enough to spend over an hour going through all the buttons and features on my new SUV. She worked around my schedule. Overall I can't thank the RBM family and especially Kyle Edson for treating me like family and making me comfortable in buying a car. I will be buying another car for my wife from Kyle this Winter. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and I HIGHLY recommend that if you are interested in buying a car to go to RBM of Alpharetta. It is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Plus I have never had a better and more reliable car than a Mercedes. Like their slogan. The best or nothing. More

RBM & Kyle Edson Rock! Everyone at RBM Alpharetta is top notch, but Kyle Edson is THE BEST! I will turn 60 in a few months and have bought/leased many cars in my lifet Everyone at RBM Alpharetta is top notch, but Kyle Edson is THE BEST! I will turn 60 in a few months and have bought/leased many cars in my lifetime. And, I normally HATE the process. Seems like I always leave the car lot wondering how bad I got screwed and how much money I left on the table. But not with Kyle! He listened carefully as I described my needs, and described a less than perfect credit situation. Walking in, I thought all I could qualify for was an older model Benz with a large down payment. Boy was I wrong! Kyle calmly showed me all the options available and went out of his way to clearly explain the pros and cons of each approach. And all without the normal "auto sales guy" tactics and pressure. Kyle made me feel like I was a member of his family. His style was low key and "consultatiive' instead of "sales-focused". If everyone behaved like Kyle, car salesmen would not have such a bad reputation. The finance manager, Sharon Thompson got me approved for a better deal than I expected and she made the paperwork process super-simple and easy to understand. I drove home with an almost brand new Mercedies C-Class with a monthly payment that was well under my expectations. Nicest car I have ever driven... All thanks to Kyle Edson and the staff at RBM Alpharetta! KYLE- YOU ROCK! THIS WAS THE BEST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! More

Exceptional Salesperson Kyle Edson met me and treated me like a number one customer. Kyle went the extra steps to see that I had all questions answered. Kyle personally took my auto to be purchased back to service and had priority timing applied in order for me to take delivery rather than returning or have auto delivered. Kyle and RBM of Alpharetta are tops with me! More

sunshine on a rainy day Kyle procured the car we wanted in a timely manner and at a competitive price. He was knowledgeable, personable, efficient, and helpful. He even played a video of some of his banjo music for us. We really enjoyed "visiting" with him and sharing stories. Tom handled the paperwork on our trade-in and presented warranty/insurance options with a smile..... and no pressure to sign up for anything. We drove to Alpharetta in the rain, but when we got into our new car, the skies turned blue and we drove home to Augusta in the sunshine. More

A First-Class Experience I had the good fortune to purchase my 2017 GLC 300 from Kyle Edson at RBM of Alpharetta. From his first warm welcome to my leaving the parking lot, th I had the good fortune to purchase my 2017 GLC 300 from Kyle Edson at RBM of Alpharetta. From his first warm welcome to my leaving the parking lot, the experience was nothing short of exceptional in every way. The sparkling clean and inviting dealership is in an easily accessible location, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Kyle was very astute as he listened to me and figured out the best vehicle to suit my needs (and wants!). He was also transparent and forthcoming throughout the entire buying process, which included a trade-in. He has stayed in close touch, making sure that I am happy with the vehicle, and reminding me that he is always available should I have any questions or concerns. I now feel like I have a lifelong sales representative, and know that I only have to pick up the phone for any future needs. Needless to say, I will also have my car serviced at this dealership for as long as I own it. I highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta, particularly Kyle Edson if you are in the market for a vehicle purchase experience that one would only expect from Mercedes Benz! More
