I had purchased my first BMW 650 convertible some years ago from Passport BMW. The experience was great however upon returning HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I left and went to BMW of Silver Spring and met with Kyle Green who I had been communicating with in reference to being into the market for a 2022 BMW X6. Kyle was professional and friendly and wasn't aggressive for a sale nor did he have commission breath. That's a term used in real estate for a agent only focused on commission not the client. Kyle was clear and direct explaining every question I asked. I placed my deposit down on my first visit and ordered my vehicle. My vehicle arrived sooner than I thought and I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Keep in mind all BMW dealerships aren't created equal. If you are going to consider purchasing I recommend Kyle Green..at BMW of Silver Spring extremely professional with no pressure unlike Passport BMW! More
