I had the pleasure of working with Kyle Greene on the purchase of my new X3. I initially stopped by just to look around. I was considering a 4 series convertible and had some interest in the X3, but I wa purchase of my new X3. I initially stopped by just to look around. I was considering a 4 series convertible and had some interest in the X3, but I was also considering the Mercedes counterparts. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. We test drove both vehicles and he was able to provide me with lots of knowledge about each one. It was immediately clear that Kyle was well versed when it came to the vehicles. I told him I had no intention or purchasing today, and he still spent tons of time with me and educated me. You can tell he has a passion for BMW’s and truly believes in them. There was never any pressure to purchase. Kyle made me feel so comfortable and educated that I decided to purchase an X3 right away. When it came time to do the numbers, Kyle and his sales managers worked within my constraints until they had me at payment where I felt comfortable. The attitude of everyone at the dealership from the managers, to the finance gentleman, and of course Kyle, was totally upbeat and customer focused. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone who is looking for an amazing sales experience. Kyle, I can’t thank you enough, and I will be sending referrals your way! More

The transaction was seamless. Kyle was very polite and patient. He took his time to explain the process and worked diligently to get me in and out as he was aware of my “time crunch”. Kyle is phenomenal. This is a difficult time to go through the car buying process and he was right there with me through all the bumps in the road along the way. I live in Dumfries, VA, a 90-minute through the car buying process and he was right there with me through all the bumps in the road along the way. I live in Dumfries, VA, a 90-minute drive, and I was happy to make the trip 4-5 times purely because of how affable, attentive, responsive, and sincere Kyle was (even before meeting in person). As I said, there were issues along the way that got under my skin. Even though he had no control over the circumstances, he was nevertheless apologetic and took ownership of mistakes that may have been made even though he wasn't responsible. I could have easily purchased from one of the many dealers much closer to my home, but the guy is so great to work with that it instills loyalty not only to him but to the dealership as a whole. I couldn't recommend him any more highly. If you end up with Kyle, rest assured you'll be in good hands. I had not committed to which particular model yet, but knew I would know it when I found the perfect fit. I called and visited numerous BMW dealerships in the area looking for the right model. When I called BMW of Silver Spring, I was connected with Kyle Green to discuss a X6 I saw online. Kyle was very professional and diligent, yet not pushy or bothersome regarding my search for the right vehicle. As I shared with him updates on a X6 I had test driven from another dealership, he attentively LISTENED to my feedback and offered a suggestion to consider different from my original plan. The rest is history. The X5 Kyle suggested I come take a look at checked all my boxes. Being able to listen to customers and match them with just the right inventory is a skill set needed to be successful in sales. Kyle did that for me as well as being a true advocate when things were a bit "prickly" with the sales manager Iso. There were two occasions when I was just about done with the deal. First, as a registered nurse most dealerships offer a small incentive just as a thank you for service, especially during a pandemic. I serve the Montgomery County community in particular. Although Kyle tried to secure this courtesy for me from Iso, he was declined because I was not purchasing the car that night. I found that very distasteful, and I was not personally addressed. The second issue was regarding a service item on the vehicle. Kyle had to go back and forth almost the entire day being my advocate to avoid a deal breaker issue. We were able to come to an acceptable solution for all parties. Kyle's service started before my purchase and continues to this day. I value excellence in customer service. There are two other BMW dealerships closer to my home that I could use. I also value loyalty so my business has been earned at BMW of Silver Spring thanks to Kyle. It was also a pleasure working with the finance team as well. Pedro Delgado was very personable and super responsive in answering my emails and calls to make sure all my questions were answered promptly, and my needs were met. He even came in on his day off to close my deal personally. Gen Awanohara walked me through the process of setting up my APP and made sure I knew how to use it with all its nuances for treatments on the vehicle. I love my X5! More

I found the car on the website and immediately contacted the dealership. Kyle picked up the phone and listened to me patiently about my situation and then we got the deal started. Even though the car I was looking at got sold by another sales person, he found me another car right away and made a deal I couldn't refuse. Even though he gets off work at 5pm, he waited for me to complete work, drive 1.5 hrs in traffic and ensured that the car was ready to go. Smooth transaction afterwards. One of the best sales experience I've had. More

I had the most pleasurable, non stressful experience turning in my 320i, 2 months early, which was on a lease. I LOVED working with KYLE…. his patience, expertise and knowledge, reassured me that I was in the best of hands. I felt by the time I left, we were good friends,. He is so personable, with a kind and caring demeanor,. I learned more about him in 2 hours, than I know about most of my friends. Plus, the additional service to my already positive day with him, was that he drove me home instead of calling me an Uber. And I live 20 miles from the dealership. Kyle was great! Very knowledgeable! Answered every question I had about the car and its features... which in my opinion, makes a great sales associate when it comes to the field.
