We are now loyal purchasers and actually enjoy the car buying processing (this has never been true with any other dealership in the past). Kyle Harsh is awesome!!! He listens to what we want, he finds what we are looking for, he explains everything, clearly answering all of our questions, and he makes the process easy, comfortable, and yes, even enjoyable. We have never experienced a pushy person in the service or sales departments. Everyone is polite and professional. I would highly recommend both service and sales. It is obvious that this dealership has a high level of leadership that is focused on the customer and it is evident in all that they do. More

Coming from Miami no one wanted to give me a better deal. They informed me every step that was being done the whole way. We also worked with Rex and Michael. Everyone was very professional and helpful. We feel that we bought wonderful cars at a great price and had a great, not stressful experience doing it. Back office process was easy too. The product is wonderful, everyone who is thinking about Lexus or BMW should really try the amazing VW luxury cars first! I did try out a new Subaru at another dealership (which is the same make as my previous car) and liked the car itself but VW just offers more--better choice of models, whether they be diesel or gas, better pricing, more fuel efficiency, more features, bigger sunroofs! and of course amazing salespeople. I am excited about my new diesel Golf Sportwagen and my husband got a Touareg which has so many features we keep finding new ones!! More
