Kyle was eager to accommodate my needs as I explained them to him. I had never intended on trading in my current car at the time and was only considering selling it myself. Kyle offered to have my car's value appraised over the phone and with a few picture messages of my vehicle and its corresponding information, Kyle spoke with manager Micky Joy who worked up a trade-in figure which I was surprisingly satisfied with. After reviewing the details, I made an appointment to come in and buy my new GTI the following day. When I arrived, the car looked just as described. Kyle was quick to offer a test drive and was extremely informative regarding not just the vehicle itself, but its warranty information, maintenance schedule and more. When I got into the finance office, F&I manager Ted Daly was very clear in explaining exactly what I was signing. His friendly approach made the process even more of a pleasure and I drove away in my new car feeling satisfied with my overall buying experience. I would absolutely recommend my friends and family to purchase their next car from Volkswagen of Naples! More

Over the phone he gave us his best price on the vehicle we were looking for. No arguing, no hassles, simply the best price they could offer and yes it was a great deal. Our experience with him and the staff at VW after our arrival there was same. Within a couple of hours we were driving away with new car, no issues, and a very friendly finance manager who did not push the extended warranty as other dealers do. I fell in love with it so that's the car I wanted.After almost buying a car with high mileage and no warranty I went to Volkswagen of Naples and was greeted with Erin and Kyle they were very informational and took their time and compared other cars ,mileage ,and warranty against the price.I was still not convinced so I had to go do more shopping and after going to two more places in Naples and driving back to Ft Myers.and realizing how right they were I called Erin she said come on down. Erin came beck to work and did the deal for me. I had my son with me and she even got him involved with a couple questions and jokes so he wasn't bored. All the staff that i got the pleasure to deal with were so friendly and courteous. I will definitely be going back for my next car purchase.one happy customer Frank More
