In my lifetimeI have purchased a substantial numder of new cars from a variety of dealers both local and out of state. I reviewed six different cars before selecting the Volkswagen Tiguan. This required visiting five other dealers and two Volkswagen dealers. I decided to buy from Volkswagen of Naples for the following reasons. Kyle Harsh, the salesman, is very knowledgable, easy to work with and did an excelent job of describing the features of the car. Kyle teamed with Chuck Whitrley, sales manager, to offer a very attractive deal for my trade. When the deal was agreed upon, Ted Daly did a courteous and professional job of wrapping up the paperwork. I am a satisfied customer. More

He showed e how to work all the bells and whistles on the car before I left and even set up my bluetooth (I might never have do price I could afford. It was a pleasure to have purchased the 2013 VW Tiguan with the sales assistance of Kyle Harsh from Volkswagen of Naples. I even took the opportunity at a better finance rate when offered by the dealership. Prior to driving off the lot Kyle even insisted on taking the time to walk through and explain the interior functional controls on the instrument panel, steering column, radio, etc. Overall experience of working with Kyle on this vehicle purchase was outstanding. I was looking for a new car with no preference as to Make other than it should be highly rated as to overall performance. I went to Volkswagon of Naples and met Kyle. Kyle was very helpful in my decision making....and it was his day off!! After my purchase, he went over the "workings" of the entire car, particularly the media package. To our surprise we found ourselves seriously interested in a Beetle convertible model. We weren't crazy about the color so Joe made a quick trip to the overflow lot and came back with exactly what we were looking for! Both he and Kyle made the actual sales transaction so easy and Kyle was especially helpful with making certain we understood everything, including the media/tech package, before we left with the vehicle. In fact, everyone we came in to contact with at the dealership displayed courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism at all times. We look forward to a long term relationship! More
