I chose VW of Naples over Fort Myers first because of the quality of their website. There was no way to interact with anyone online on the Ft. Myers one. Once online I had a live chat with a woman who answered a few of my questions, but then asked if she could have someone with more knowledge contact me by phone. I pretty much knew what I wanted (but what I saw in the Beetle Convertible exceeded anything I saw in print), but didn't know they would possibly buy out my leased car (which was due to be turned in in Dec. Kyle Harsh is the gentleman I made the appointment with. We talked color, style, etc. I was impressed when I arrived for the appt. he had taken the time to bring up one of the models I 'd mentioned (the other we later drove to another lot to view). Anyway, the process went smoothly, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I overheard another salesman calling a client/friend? wishing him a happy birthday (we do it at Saks, but it's nice when a guy does it with another guy- so it's not just a "chick" thing! While the car was being detailed, etc. Kyle periodically checked on it and always gave me a time out update. I understand the importance of people taking the time to respond to surveys, it is where I work and I find it helpful when reviewing any product I'm interested in purchasing. Hopefully, this is helpful to anyone shopping for a Volkswagen, my husband had one when I met him in '74, why it took me 39 years to get one I'll never know - got smart finally! More

We were looking for a new car during our search and visited many dealerships in the area. One Sunday we went to see the volkswagon dealership at the Airport Pulling Road, Naples facility. Joe Oliver, visited many dealerships in the area. One Sunday we went to see the volkswagon dealership at the Airport Pulling Road, Naples facility. Joe Oliver, sales consultant, came out of the showroom and showed us the different volkswagon models. We were impressed with Joe due to his long experience in this industry, car knowledge, friendliness, sincerity and not pushy demeanor. During subsequent visits arranged by Joe, we test drove different VW models and were impressed with the Passat model as it handled very well during our test drive and presented a smart appearance. It sounded very quiet compared with other cars and the interior decor and design were to our liking. Also, there was a lot of room, which we notices, in both the front and back seats. The reviews we read were quite favorable such as being the car of the year in 2012. We were told the 2013 Passat model which we liked was no different that the 2012. Our negotiations went quite smooth and Joe made sure we met the right people in management at this dealership. We are now three months with our new Passat and happy we made the right decision in this purchase as it handles very well and is very easy to drive . We have received great comments from family and friends about our new Passat. Yes, we, indeed, will recommend this VW dealership and Joe Oliver to others interested in a new car purchase. More

When I read that Volkswagen had acquired Bentley and Rolls Royce some tens years ago from Vickers I payed little mind. Until this last week when I happened to find myself in search of a new car. To keep a rather long story short and to the point let me tell you this. I went in to the Naples Volkswagen dealer and found that the cache' of those world class name plates were being carried forward in a grand way. My experience was first class. I should also point out this is not my first experience as a luxury sport car buyer,over the years I have been acquainted with a number of euro coups and sedans.Today I bought my first VW a new CC and I am completely satisfied,what a car. The people at the Naples dealership were first call call the way! I will be back and this time I'll be going a step further and in search of a Phaeton. Yes, it may end up being pre-owned but if the car shares the same factory start as a Bentley and the same hand finished quality I'll take it.
