They're honest, there's no hidden costs or fees, they give you what you pay for which is a little bit rare in these times. My experience with Spitzer Auto was good, except my car was tied up for about 3 weeks to get the problems corrected. The staff was professional and eventually did what needed to be done. The most contact I had was with Elvis (David Bole). He took a lot of time to understand the issues I was having with the car and to explain the possible causes. He seemed very knowledgeable and was polite, patient and businesslike. Elvis is a great asset to your service team. More
