Kyle Hoffman was an absolute pleasure to work with in buying my Crosstrek. He is friendly, informative, has your best interest in mind and is willing to work with you best he can. Not only that, but he i buying my Crosstrek. He is friendly, informative, has your best interest in mind and is willing to work with you best he can. Not only that, but he is very communicative, which I find so important. Shae (in finance) is a blessing!! She truly worked her magic to make a deal that had my best interest at the center of it. I appreciate both of their effort and hard work. They set everything up before I arrived to make the process as smooth and easy as possible, explained everything to me, and were so excited for me! It's that kinda place. I know so many people who have had negative experiences at other dealerships and I can't relate at all- these two are wonderful.
