Great experience I thoroughly enjoyed my experience shopping for a car at Smythe. The sales staff was very nice and there was no pressure at all to buy a car from them I thoroughly enjoyed my experience shopping for a car at Smythe. The sales staff was very nice and there was no pressure at all to buy a car from them. I test drove a few modles over the course of a week and made a decision on my own timeframe. No gimmicks or bait and switch tactics. I would recommend you putting Smythe Volvo on your list when comparing car makes and models. More

great dealership I just purchased a new 2018 Volvo XC90 T6. My husband and I visited the dealership to test drive the vehicle. We were able to test drive both the T5 I just purchased a new 2018 Volvo XC90 T6. My husband and I visited the dealership to test drive the vehicle. We were able to test drive both the T5 and T6 unaccompanied to compare the models. We had to leave unexpectedly to pick up a sick child from school and Kyle was very understanding. There was no pressure to make any decisions at that point. Most of the negotiating was done via phone and e-mail. They even went above and beyond to get the exact car we wanted from a different dealer in VT. We got a great financing rate through a private credit union and Volvo was upfront about not being able to offer anything better. Kyle helped us supply the credit union with the required documentation and even re-arranged his schedule to accommodate our needs and came in on his day off so we could pick-up the car. Kevin in the finance office was great, too. More
