The staff was was pleasant.. the reason for my low review is based on my experience bringing my vehicle in for service. I scheduled an appointment for 1100. When I arrived I was told that the appointment tim is based on my experience bringing my vehicle in for service. I scheduled an appointment for 1100. When I arrived I was told that the appointment time only reserves your spot in line to get into the shop not that your vehicle will be worked on at that time. I was told it was a 2 hour wait to get my vehicle into the shop, 3 hours later my vehicle still hadn’t been looked at. My vehicle wasn’t brought back till 2:15. I don’t understand what is the point of an appointment if you can’t reasonably expect to be seen near that appointment time, I didn’t make an appointment to sit and wait 3.5 hours to get my work started More

A/C was not blowing cold air and its August. Made an appointment at which time I indicated the time I needed to leave. Upon arrival, was told they needed two hours just to get a diagnostics; therefore, appointment at which time I indicated the time I needed to leave.
