As always Kyle Lampp was wonderful. He answered all my questions and explained things so I could understand them. I will be needing tires soon. He gave me the prices but was not pushy since he knows I am questions and explained things so I could understand them. I will be needing tires soon. The staff was was pleasant.. the reason for my low review is based on my experience bringing my vehicle in for service. I scheduled an appointment for 1100. When I arrived I was told that the appointment tim is based on my experience bringing my vehicle in for service. I scheduled an appointment for 1100. When I arrived I was told that the appointment time only reserves your spot in line to get into the shop not that your vehicle will be worked on at that time. I was told it was a 2 hour wait to get my vehicle into the shop, 3 hours later my vehicle still hadn’t been looked at. My vehicle wasn’t brought back till 2:15. I don’t understand what is the point of an appointment if you can’t reasonably expect to be seen near that appointment time, I didn’t make an appointment to sit and wait 3.5 hours to get my work started More

A/C was not blowing cold air and its August. Made an appointment at which time I indicated the time I needed to leave. Upon arrival, was told they needed two hours just to get a diagnostics; therefore, appointment at which time I indicated the time I needed to leave. Upon arrival, was told they needed two hours just to get a diagnostics; therefore, departure time was not possible. Christine Wooten paid attention to the problem, formulated a solution and executed. Above and beyond she went and I have cold A/C. Definitely appreciate this type of service. KUDOS Christine! More
