Poor communication and follow-through Stateline serviced my Subaru adequately, but were very slow in completing the paperwork and letting me know the car was ready. They also did a state inspection, but the tech lost my registration and it took almost half an hour to locate it -- he'd put it back in the wrong car! Training and supervision could be much improved.
