Dealing with them on trade in value and credit approval went well. Waiting on their business unit to send me the contract to sign, salesman called me and said it might be sold!! I asked how was this as I'v went well. Waiting on their business unit to send me the contract to sign, salesman called me and said it might be sold!! I asked how was this as I've went all the way through the sales and contract process and now someone who walks in after their business unit was supposed to send me the contract for signature? Said "walkins" have priority. Over what? Someone that is supposed to be signing a contract for purchase right now? So, in other words, don't do business with this non-ethical dealership unless you walk into the show room store. Based on my experience - that probably isn't enough unless you throw down the full amount of cash right then and there! Worst experience ever. I've bought hundreds of vehicles throughout the United States and have never been subjected this level of unethical business practices. More

He listened to what I wanted. He grabbed keys for multiple cars I liked rather than pushing me toward a certain car. I found a car I love within my boundaries.
