Ferguson Kia helped us with a Telluride order for exactly the options that we wanted. Our local dealership wanted to charge a $5,000 premium to order the vehicle for us, which Ferguson did not. Kyle did his best to help me get the best deal, which made me stay with Ferguson to the end. He was consistent and considerate. He was firm on the company’s principles and values. He assured me about the made me stay with Ferguson to the end. He was consistent and considerate. He was firm on the company’s principles and values. He assured me about the available post-purchase services. One minor downside was that his response to my email was not prompt. If it was because he didn’t have the immediate answer, he could have addressed it right away, instead of waiting until I reminded him of the email. My overall experience was very positive and pleasant. P.S. I have a suggestion about the kindness of the staff. I noticed that almost no staff who passed by me in the open space when I was waiting for him on different occasions didn’t say hi to me or smile at me as customer, even though I was not his or her immediate customer(except one of the sales managers who commented on my hat). Another negative experience was that when I entered the showroom for the appointment with Kyle, nobody came to me to say hello or guide me to the right person I am looking for. I had to go to the office room and grab someone to ask about the whereabout of Kyle. It was a strange experience because I was the only customer in the showroom for a while (It was an icy morning). Staff’s proactive outreach to the non-immediate customers would be appreciated a lot. I hope not the indifference is the company’s established culture. More

We were able to set up an appointment online easily. All the staff were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Kyle Praiswater was there for us every step of the way, even sending a video of the vehicle the the staff were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.
