I had done my research on the Passat and was pleased with my findings, so I decided to visit this dealership. We were pleasantly surprised at the relaxed atmosphere and that our sales person was honest, sincere and very helpful with whatever questions we asked. I was really impressed by his knowledge of the vehicles and his willingness to explain the operation of every feature on the car, most notably the phone system. Kyle has a very friendly demeanor and an ability to put you at ease with great conversation:) The entire staff was very professional. I will definitely recommend Kyle and this dealership to my friends and associates. This was without a doubt, the best car buying experience that we've ever had. My husband and I went to Pete Moore to look at a Certified Pre-Owned Volkswagen Tiguan. We were greeted by Guy Doss and Kyle Prell, who were very accommodating. In the afternoon, when we came back, we had a check ready to give them and the deal was done in less than 6 hours! The price for the vehicle was lower than NADA guidelines and KBB, as there was an Internet special. Negotiation was no fuss. We would recommend Pete Moore as a reliable, non-gimmick dealership! More

He programed my phone, reviewed with me my new cars gadgets and told me to call him if I had any problems or questions. He even called me on my car phone to check on me on my return home.
