I serve in the active duty military and just arrived to Columbia, SC and was in the market for a vehicle. The team has so much genuine love towards the mend and women in uniform. I sent an inquiry to the dealership and was promptly contacted by Kyle Reed to scheduled a time for a test drive. Upon arrival to the dealership I was greeted with a warm welcome (even had a placard with my name; a nice touch!). I never felt rushed or any type of pressure. Kyle gave me options that fit the critera I was looking for in a vehicle and soon thereafter I excitedly made a purchase of a brand new 2021 NX 300h AWD! The finance team made it super easy to get approved for for financing and even managed to drive the cost of the vehicle down! Again, I cannot express how greatful I am to Kyle and the Jim Hudson Lexus dealership team. Kyle went above and beyond, going as far as escorting me to the Columbia International Airport in order to assist me in dropping off the rental vehicle I was using. Did I mention that he topped off the gas on the rental prior to turning it in? Thanks to him I was able to drive home in my new Lexus without the worry of dealing with the rental turn-in.
