My sales person, Saul, was very helpful narrowing down the car that best fit our needs and price point. The manager, Kyle, was extremely helpful with a no pressure environment in working with us to get the best payment plan that fit our budget. And once we decided on the car we wanted, we were in and out of finance, quicker than any other time I've purchased a car. This is a great team that I would recommend to anyone! Derik was great and easy to deal with I had been to several dealerships, and being a single woman with a car to trade in with some issues, felt like other dealerships were trying to take a I had been to several dealerships, and being a single woman with a car to trade in with some issues, felt like other dealerships were trying to take advantage of my situation, which was not the case at Dirito Bro, I asked for what I wanted, Derik and his Sales Manager worked it out and it was really that simple, not at all what I experienced elsewhere. Really appreciated the time Derik spent with me after the purchase to show me about the car, I also made a mistake in purchasing an extended warranty which I did not mean to do, which Sterling (finance person?), Kyle and Derik all made a very simple fix. I was ready to do battle over this and it could not have been easier to fix, the problem took 15 minutes to fix and the Sales Manager was professional and very easy to deal with. More

Gerard in particular did a great job explaining the steps and process for completing both closings simultaneously; as well as finding a car suitable for our needs and within our budget requirements. Kyle patiently and efficiently walked us through the buy-back process. Sterling made the sale paperwork easy and seem less for us, as well as accommodating to our closing process needs. Great experience working with John and Kyle I had a great experience buying my new VW from John B and Kyle at Dirito Brothers. When I visited the dealer John helped me test drive the two VWs I I had a great experience buying my new VW from John B and Kyle at Dirito Brothers. When I visited the dealer John helped me test drive the two VWs I was interested in and did a great job highlighting the features of the two cars I was considering. Once I decided I wanted to buy one of the VWs I test drove, I was able to negotiate the price very efficiently via e-mail with Kyle. When it was time to go in and purchase the car, I found the car detailed and ready to go, was able to complete the paperwork in ~1 hour, and received an great inservice on the car from John before driving home in my new car. Overall it was the least stressful car buying experience I've had. More
