I came in for the starter recall but Kyle Rivera explained to me that how important to change my front right tire because of the 1mm tread on the edge. He had the tire on stock and I asked him for replacement and an alignment. It was a little bit a long wait but I was happy to get it done for safety. I had a chance to talk to Mark Cuffaro and he introduced me to the BMW dealer benefits. I enjoyed the first class coffee shop at BMW. Kudos for the entire team.
