I have been working in the auto industry for 7 years now. I graduated in 2011 from Universal Technical Institute with Toyota Technician Certifications. I started off my career as a lube technician working for a local shop. After working for about a year, I wanted to advance my career. I started working at Roseville Toyota in December of 2012. I started as a lube technician, after 8 months I was promoted to Service Advisor. I live locally in town with my fiancée and 2 year old silver lab. We both enjoy camping and going to Tahoe on our days off. One thing that I love about my job is helping customer throughout the process.

Experience I recently had my truck service at Roseville Toyota. I had Jim Stockman and Adam Kucharek as my service advisor they were both extremely professional I recently had my truck service at Roseville Toyota. I had Jim Stockman and Adam Kucharek as my service advisor they were both extremely professional and keep me updated all along. Adam Engbrecht was the technician who worked on my car. He fixed everything wrong with it and performed a good inspection on it. More

Not too happy this time Usually, my experiences have been great. This last time, I came in for my regular service. I also needed the windshield seal replaced. I was told that Usually, my experiences have been great. This last time, I came in for my regular service. I also needed the windshield seal replaced. I was told that would take an additional 45 minutes. I decided to wait at the dealership. I then got a call saying they didn't have the part they thought they had, and someone needed to go to the warehouse to get it. That would take an additional 2 hours. In all, I was there for 3 hours 20 minutes. I accepted their offer to wash my car. The only thing they washed was the windshield. When I got home I also noticed something red splattered all over the car. I had to wash it again. More

The customer waiting area is extremely comfortable and pleasant. The shuttle service is convenient and I have used the shuttle many times. The shuttle service and the comfortable, pleasant customer waiting area far exceeds those of other vehicle dealerships I have been to. All the above along with excellent service will keep me buying Toyota vehicles from now on. More
