Overall I was very happy with the vehicle purchase and the sales rep who handled the negotiations in person at the dealership. My only negative response is that the online sales rep who initially contact the sales rep who handled the negotiations in person at the dealership. My only negative response is that the online sales rep who initially contacted me on Monday at about 10:30am, asked if I could bring my trade in vehicle that same day, but he did not explain to me until about 5:30pm via email that the 0% , 84 month financing was ending at 9pm that same day. As a result, I had to pay a significant amount more for a 72 month loan (even with excellent credit score over 800, I could only get 3.9% rate). But the vehicle is beautiful, the staff was professional & courteous and I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment with my new RAM! More
