Outstanding People and Service at Ferman Kyle Steger was an excellent salesperson. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Kyle explained every detail and feature of our new Chevy Silverado 1500 clearly so that we could fully understand and appreciate it. Once we made our decision to make our purchase, Kyle introduced us to Steve Kikta. Again, Steve was extremely helpful and did a wonderful job of explaining every nuance of the actual purchase itself. Steve was ever bit as patient and knowledgeable in his line of expertise. He walked us through every aspect of not only the purchase of the truck but with the extended warranties as well. Although it was somewhat of a busy evening at Ferman Chevy, both gentlemen stayed with us throughout the entire process. We never felt alone for one minute, or pressured either for that matter! Over the years, this is the fourth vehicle my family has purchased from Ferman Chevy of Tarpon Spings and it is exactly where we will buy our fifth!
