Then an issue arose months later with GM financing on this "dead" car and Steve Kikta (finance) helped to resolve and solve this issue. And he wasn't even involved in sale of the autos. Late night impulse buy on vacation. What can I say?? My husband is a impulse buyer. When he wanted to go truck shopping while 16 hours from home (Ohio) we go truck shopping lol. Kyle made this situation easier for us by doing most of everything over the phone so we were not eating out vacation time in a car dealership. Kyle also stayed late on a Friday night 4 and a half hours past his scheduled time to help us! We will forever thankick for. Everyone at the dealership was polite and treated us with open arms with a smile on their face, which is hard to come by these days.. we want to thank everyone at ferman for helping our family get into a better truck and one we feel comfortable driving 16 hours back to Ohio in.
