My experience with Bill was very pleasant. I just got the truck about 7 days ago, and had a service light come on. When I called and talked with the service manager I was pleased to find out that they will b truck about 7 days ago, and had a service light come on. For being 3hrs away a day not being able to bring it back to them, this proved that they care about excellent customer service relationships! More

Wonderful place to buy a vehicle. None of the games other big box dealers play. Hometown, like you are part of the family. Financing was handles very quick and easily. Grinwald Ford was an overall good experience. Truly a great guy. The dealership was clean and tidy and they made sure to have the vehicle detailed and ready to go for me. The only thing that keeps this from five stars is the dealerships low trade in offers. Either sell your vehicle ahead of time or don't expect much for trade in, you'll get low balled. More
