The vehicle pricing was excellent, and I appreciated the free delivery and reasonable doc fees. Since I purchased from out of state, I was especially grateful they handled the license plate and extended the tabs by an additional two months, sparing me a trip to the DMV. Bryce also provided a thorough walkaround video highlighting any imperfections, which made me feel more confident buying sight unseen. The process, however, felt longer than necessary. While I appreciated the flexibility to put my entire insurance check down, I encountered issues with pricing transparency. My payment initially included two warranties and a higher-than-expected interest rate, which I only discovered after asking for itemized pricing. Although adjustments were eventually made, I didn’t appreciate the pressure to purchase an expensive warranty or the lack of clarity regarding its cost. The vehicle itself was priced well but needed some routine maintenance, including new tires, which surprised me given the low mileage (35k). Despite these concerns, I would consider returning to this dealership for future purchases. The convenience of delivery and avoiding a day at the dealership were significant perks. However, I hope they improve transparency in pricing and streamline the purchasing process. More
