Tried to call for a part I ordered 4 1/2 weeks ago. The General manager Kyle Tabar REFUSED to give me a call back and address this issue. Completely unprofessional I would never recommend anyone buying a vehicle from Naples Chrysler Dodge Ram. Not to mention the way I was spoken to on the phone by an employee (parts department) was completely rude and disrespectful towards a customer. You don’t go and buy a $65,000 Truck and be treated this way. More

Dealership insisted my car needed new brakes, in spite of having replaced brakes in previous 7,000 miles. When I took my car to another mechanic, he stated brakes look brand new.
