Dishod is great at selling cars but don’t expect to hear from him or receive his help afterwards. The cars financing department sold me an extended warranty that was absolutely useless, lied about everythin from him or receive his help afterwards. Ended up having to go back and cancel it to get my money back, they also tried to scam me out of $400 by making me pay for a second key that THEY LEGALLY OWED ME. The “manager” tried to tell me that the legal binding contract I had was “very misleading” and even pointed me in the direction to purchase aftermarket keys. So instead I walked around to the service department and wouldn’t you know I was given 0 issues in having a new key made free of charge. Absolutely don’t buy a car from here. More

The first sales person I experienced was rude, ill-mannered, and completely unfit for a job in sales or anything to do with public contact, and the person who identified himself as some sort of ma ill-mannered, and completely unfit for a job in sales or anything to do with public contact, and the person who identified himself as some sort of manager when came out when I demanded the salesperson to leave me alone was barely better and almost caused me to leave the dealership. Cody, Jake and Jorge were the complete opposite. They were personable, patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The gentleman who assisted me at the end (in finance?) was also just as good at his job as Cody, Jake and Jorge. The only reason I didn’t mention him with the others is I couldn’t remember his name…not because he wasn’t great and memorable but because it was the last step and I was in a time crunch. The ONLY reason I purchased a car from your dealership was because Cody, Jake and Jorge offered such a professional experience. They are a credit to your organization. The other two would be of better service in a position that never has human contact. More
