Ended up having to go back and cancel it to get my money back, they also tried to scam me out of $400 by making me pay for a second key that THEY LEGALLY OWED ME. The “manager” tried to tell me that the legal binding contract I had was “very misleading” and even pointed me in the direction to purchase aftermarket keys. So instead I walked around to the service department and wouldn’t you know I was given 0 issues in having a new key made free of charge. Absolutely don’t buy a car from here.

Cody, Jake and Jorge were the complete opposite. They were personable, patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The gentleman who assisted me at the end (in finance?) was also just as good at his job as Cody, Jake and Jorge. The only reason I didn’t mention him with the others is I couldn’t remember his name…not because he wasn’t great and memorable but because it was the last step and I was in a time crunch.
The ONLY reason I purchased a car from your dealership was because Cody, Jake and Jorge offered such a professional experience. They are a credit to your organization. The other two would be of better service in a position that never has human contact.
