Very disappointed in the experience. I was very rushed in the signing process. They let me walk out without a sales contract. I have been calling and emailing Cody to get the contract an I was very rushed in the signing process. They let me walk out without a sales contract. I have been calling and emailing Cody to get the contract and I haven't gotten it yet. I purchased the car on march 6th and its now march 22nd. I was able to get the contract from the bank that did my financing. How unprofessional. On top of that the car wasn't detailed out. I find that hilarious because in the sale I paid $1600+ for the dealership to make the car "sellable" and apparently that didn't include cleaning it. The next day as I was setting the van up for my family and I had to vacuum up dirt and goldfish crackers. How nice. Buyer beware - this place is more concerned about making a deal. They were making me sign the financing and the insurance at the same time - I was so frazzled that I didn't realize they added almost $6000 extra of gap and warranty that was explained only that it was adding $20 more dollars to my monthly payment. Oh, and this was apparently "Joey's discount" HAHAHAHA. You got me! My bad, I was rushed I didn't noticed that the final sale went from 25k to 32K!!!!!!! Cody was very nice but I give him less stars because I have reached out for the sales contract and no help. I shouldn't need to nag! I honestly wasn't going to write a review but KIA has sent me about 6 emails to do a review... so here ya go. DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They are not to be trusted. More

Terrible place to purchase a car, no customer service. Traded car in 75 days ago and Its still not paid off. Called for help and nothing is getting done. Cody was great. We went to finance and was told about the deal we accepted signed all papers. Then waiting on the tag to come we noticed additional inquiries on or credit. We thought someone hacked our credit. Then we got a text saying that the bank wanted a different interest rate. Which is whatever. But I would think finance would contact us before running a credit check again. I was pretty xxxxxx of that there was no contact and y'all did this without notifying us first. If this car wasn't for a 16 year old and she was so excited she got a car I would have returned it and went to another dealer. Unfortunately we won't buy another car or recommend this dealership. Communication is key and we were let down. More

The first sales person I experienced was rude, ill-mannered, and completely unfit for a job in sales or anything to do with public contact, and the person who identified himself as some sort of ma ill-mannered, and completely unfit for a job in sales or anything to do with public contact, and the person who identified himself as some sort of manager when came out when I demanded the salesperson to leave me alone was barely better and almost caused me to leave the dealership. Cody, Jake and Jorge were the complete opposite. They were personable, patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. The gentleman who assisted me at the end (in finance?) was also just as good at his job as Cody, Jake and Jorge. The only reason I didn’t mention him with the others is I couldn’t remember his name…not because he wasn’t great and memorable but because it was the last step and I was in a time crunch. The ONLY reason I purchased a car from your dealership was because Cody, Jake and Jorge offered such a professional experience. They are a credit to your organization. The other two would be of better service in a position that never has human contact. More
