I have continued to allow Champion Chevy of Avon through all the ownership changes to do my service. I like the app and the free oil change after you get 5 (I think). I attempted to bring up the app at the all the ownership changes to do my service. I like the app and the free oil change after you get 5 (I think). I attempted to bring up the app at the end of my service and it said it was discontinued. I inquired with my service rep (young, new, has to ask for help to even check me out) and he had no clue. I asked the guy next to him (beard, he's been there a while) and his said the app works fine, people use it all the time. I said okay, mine is not working, where can I go to download as it was not listed in my app store. He said no idea )in a very annoyed tone). There were several staff member there, so I asked does anyone know? A woman (whom I had not engaged in any way) started to speak and beard guy snapped that" that's not her job, she doesn't do that!" I asked, well how does the oil change reward system work now? Again in an even more jerky tone said, "cant help you!" All other staff members had their heads down and made no eye contact. I have been coming for service since it was Dugan and I don't think I'll be back. That guy (beard) is problem. I experienced it and by the looks of his team members they are living with it every day. More
