Private sales, used car lots, and yes, even dealers have a considerable advantage over buyers and often take advantage of same. Important information is sometimes overlooked or glossed over in the rush to make the sale, close the deal. I did not find this to be the case at Handy Toyota. Rather I found their personnel to be a cut above. From the Sales Manager Kyle Ward to my Salesman, Jason Underwood, to the financial dollars and cents guy, Jaimie Longway each had critical information to share and took the time necessary so that I fully understood the conditions of my lease and all the options of which I could avail myself. Each fielded my questions comprehensively and at no time did I feel pressured. They completed the registration process, contacted my insurance agent to get coverage for the new vehicle, and gave me reasonable value for my trade. To say I was pleased is an understatement. I strongly recommend these guys and gals to anyone considering buying or leasing a Toyota. For me, a Montpelier resident, it was well worth the 62+ mile drive. More

Best customer service I've every seen I have to say, this is the best customer service experience I have ever been a part of. Handy Toyota went above and beyond for us. They were open, I have to say, this is the best customer service experience I have ever been a part of. Handy Toyota went above and beyond for us. They were open, honest, and willing to work with our needs. I honestly was amazed at everything they did for us. We traded two of our cars in for a Toyota Tundra and was amazed at the level of engagement and attentiveness they provided us. We fell in love with our truck and we were so impressed with their service, we contacted them less than 24 hours later to trade in our other car for a new RAV4 -Great deal -Great customer service -Great experience I know for a fact this is the only dealership we will be working with in the future. Thank you to Ali and Kyle Ward for you hard work and expertise in the customer experience. Patrick from service was incredibly nice and discussed what happens after we leave the lot, which was extremely helpful. He also set up our first appointment, discussed shuttle services when we may need a ride when our car is being fixed and provided us with two really great coffee mugs! More

I knew how other dealers worked and didn't want to get forced into buying a new vehicle if I didn't want it. This wasn't the case. This is were I met Ali, a very nice and very knowledgeable man. He made buying a vehicle easy. He was friendly and explained everything to me. I ended up buying a brand new camry from him. This was in August. Since then I have been back to buy 2 more vehicles from him and my parents bought one from him as well. Everyone at this dealership is kind and wants to make your car buying experience well remembered. I will and have recommended this place to people. I dealt directly with Ali, Sam Farrar and Reggie and they all get a A+ in my book. Great job guys! You have a customer for life now! More

I was given a fa Another great experience at Handy Toyota. This is my second truck from Adam at Handy. You feel very comfortable at this dealership. I was given a fair price for my trade and the very truck that I wanted was on the lot. Not being from St Albans, (I live in New York), Jon and Adam set the rig aside for me and assured me that nobody would have access to it. They took it off the lot, as during a motorcycle ride that Sunday, I stopped to show it to my people and couldn't find it! Jon had taken it out of the sales area. Things like this set a dealership apart and make you feel as if they care about you and your concerns. Throughout the sale I was accommodated and treated with respect. You really can't ask for more.
