Kyle was very down to earth and friendly. He was fun to work with and I will surely return to him next time I get a vehicle. He got me in the car I wanted and he and Mike B worked really hard to get me in work with and I will surely return to him next time I get a vehicle. This included going to NY to get the exact Rav 4 I wanted, getting me a six year warranty and dealing with the loan company to get me a reasonable interest rate. This is the second new Toyota I have purchased at Handy and I won't go anywhere else when searching for a vehicle, even though I have move out of Franklin County since my first purchase. I have also utilized the service department, they are friendly and timely an always have smiles on their faces. Staff at Handy are honest and trustworthy, they work hard to get you what you want- not just to sell a car. More
