My salesman was Joe Rouette and it was a wonderful, stress-free transaction. Joe went beyond the norm to locate the exact vehicle that I wanted from out of state and within two days, I had my new Flex. Joe is very pleasant and patient and easy to deal with and there was never any pressure to close the deal. I traded in my 2011 Ford Flex and the trade-in value was very fair. I would never hesitate to purchase any vehicle from DCH and would certainly want Joe to be my salesman again. Great dealership, great salesman and great service staff (Kyle and Joe). DCH is the Best!
