The person I was expecting to see was with another customer, so I was handed off (professionally) to Lauren who took over the process. I went in with a vehicle already lined up for me (since I had called earlier to make sure they still had it) and was sent on my way for a test drive while they appraised my trade in. By the time I returned the appraisal was done and the offer was given to me. The offer was more than the previous two locations had shown me, which was a nice surprise. At that point I had no choice but to start the financing process... I hunkered down for what I expected would be a long afternoon. I felt like it was only a matter of maybe 15 minutes and Lauren returned with the paperwork and options for financing. I walked back to the finance office to sign the paperwork, where everything was excellently presented and explained... By the time I walked back out, the car had been washed, gassed, all stickers removed and plates transferred over. From start to finish I was kept in the loop by Lauren with what was taking place. The last time I purchased a car I felt like it was whole "thing" and just bouncing back and forth from person to person. Granted, that was seven years ago, and a different dealership, so my expectations of not enjoying this process was something I was ready to accept. Ricart went over and above re-establishing that buying a vehicle is NOT supposed to be headache inducing. Thank you to Lauren and everyone there! More

We realize that turning in our Nissan truck and purchasing a used vehicle took more time. Colton was an excellent person to work with and he deserves a bonus as he spent a lot of time with us and answered every question we proposed. We've dealt with Ricart before, actually since it was owned by Dad Ricart! We are very happy with our purchase of a Ford Escort. We would most likely deal at Ricart again! More
