Last month, I was in a car accident with four of my kids. Our minivan was totaled right before the Christmas season. For weeks, my husband and I searched for a new vehicle. It was incredibly difficult to find a vehicle that checked all of our boxes. Nothing was available locally, and everything we found was out of town. We also dealt with several unhelpful dealers along the way. Finally, a vehicle popped up on CarGurus at Beaver Toyota in St. Augustine (about two hours away). Mike and Laurence were extremely helpful and worked out a deal over the phone with my husband on Thursday. He was very fair throughout the negotiation process. The next day, without a babysitter, I packed up my five kids and made the drive to pick up the car, all while needing to return a rental. Mike and the staff at Beaver Toyota were incredibly accommodating. The Admin clerk at the front desk, Robin gave my kids a conference room to sit and snack, and brought them snacks and toys to keep them occupied, she was so helpful with the kids. They even provided concierge service to drop off my rental car. Mike was also very flexible and completed all of the paperwork with my husband—who was at work—via email. He had me in and out in under three hours. I was so worried about the travel and the time at the dealership with my kids, but Mike and the Beaver staff made the entire process easy and stress-free.
