Mr. Leighton Hardware was very professional and patience with me. Although, I had selected a truck already with mechanical issues, Mr Leighton was able to get the senior manager to switch me into a differen with me. I am very disappointed in my experience at Bomnin. I came to look at an Equinox EV a few weeks ago, and one of my essential features was a roof rack. Before the sale my salesperson told me that I coul I came to look at an Equinox EV a few weeks ago, and one of my essential features was a roof rack. Before the sale my salesperson told me that I could get a roof rack for the car using the Chevy app, and that he could get me a discount on the rack. After buying the car and getting it home, I discovered that there are NO roof racks that fit my model and trim package. I even ordered one from the Chevy accessory store (that said "Fits your vehicle" when my VIN number was entered) and had to return it. The salesperson then told me I would need to take the car to a body shop to get an aftermarket roof rack installed and stopped responding to my emails. I feel disappointed and misled, and I can't transport my paddleboard. I would not have purchased the car if I had been given the correct information. Extremely frustrating. More

I purchased a used vehicle remotely and had someone else go and look at the vehicle for me. The dealership worked very well with our schedule. It would be better if they would come clean and just say that they are charging $1,395 dealer mark-up/profit/ whatever they want to call it, instead of double charging for the destination... It is clearly m that they are charging $1,395 dealer mark-up/profit/ whatever they want to call it, instead of double charging for the destination... It is clearly marked on the sticker that the $1,395 is built into the MSRP, then the car has a discount $5,500 or so, then the "you pay price" . But then farther down, they stick the $1,395 back in, so that means the "dealer discount" is a lie... Because that cost is already been accounted for in the MSRP, and MATH NEVER LIES....This is a normal ploy by dealerships, and I have heard from people who know more then me, that soon there will be a class action law suit over this issue, and I will be someone who joins said action... More
